Sentai Filmworks has confirmed its acquisition of domestic distribution rights to the upcoming Isshukan Friends, Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou, and Haikyuu!! television series.
The Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou (The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior) romantic sitcom based on the manga by Ruri Miyahara revolves around a teen boy living in an apartment complex filled with odd neighbors. The show will premiere in Japan on April 3.
Production I.G’s Haikyuu!! school volleyball television series based on the manga by Haruichi Furudate will premiere on Japanese TV on April 6.
Isshukan Friends (One Week Friends), based on Matcha Hazuki’s drama manga, revolves around a schoolboy committed to repeatedly becoming friends with his female classmate whose mental disability prevents her from remembering anything for more than one week. The series will premiere on Japanese TV on April 7.
